Associate Opportunities

We are always interested to hear from experienced outplacement specialists, HR professionals or seasoned recruiters who are interested in working with Purple Hat on an associate basis for programmes across the UK. 

 

It is anticipated that you will have:-

 

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in coaching individuals in career transition.
  • A good understanding of psychometrics, counselling skills, NLP, performance coaching.
  • An in-depth and up to date knowledge of recruitment processes and modern job search methodology.
  • The personal credibility to work with a wide range of individuals with different career coaching needs.
  • high degree of integrity and a strong commitment towards meeting individual needs in order to encourage pro-active job search.
