Our Managing Director, David Smalley was delighted to address an audience of Human Resources professionals recently about the changing nature of opportunities for the HR professional in South Wales.

David covered many of the issues concerning job stability with a particular emphasis for those who might be out of touch with modern job search techniques. He took them on a journey about how to identify your next career move, covering topics from the audience's perspective as well as considering the needs of employers.

Plenty of tips were offered on job hunting, the changing nature of internet recruitment and how to avoid the common pitfalls of a jobseeker!
